This device comprises a recovering pipe for recovering waste oil from an oil receiving tray 9 into a tank 10. The recovering tank 10 has a plurality of recovering pipes. At least one of the recovering pipes is formed of a vertically rising and falling pipe 20 formed by combining a plurality of pipe members 21a-21c in telescopic form, and the other recovering pipe is formed of a tilting pipe 31 formed by combining a plurality of pipe members 32a-32b through a horizontally rotatable and vertically rotatable joint part. Each recovering pipe is well-balanced by balance spring means.
