To eliminate such a problem that conventionally, respective tenants carry waste oil to a drum can which is placed in a disposal room or the like, and the waste oil is stored until the drum can becomes full, and then the drum can is recovered, but in this case the waste oil is manually placed in the drum can, and much labor of workers is required.

Waste oil is thrown into a fixed type recovering box from a large-size cooking table in a large kitchen, and filtered. Alternatively, waste oil from each tenant is recovered in a movable recovering box and is filtered. Then, the waste oil is fed from the recovering box to an outdoor tank for the constitution of this waste oil recovering method.
