This waste packing machine, which packs a waste in a treatment chamber of a volume compressing machine, etc., through a hopper 2, is arranged with a thrust door 1, which is arranged at front of an inlet of the treatment chamber in a lower part of the hopper 2, thrusts the waste from the hopper 2 in the treatment chamber and closes the inlet, and a delivery device, which is arranged in the hopper 2, immediately before the thrust door 1 closes the inlet of the treatment chamber, removes the waste between the inlet and the thrust door 1, the delivery device has a projecting part 13 to protrude to the upper part of the hopper 2 when removing the waste.
