A lance 1 has a multiple pipe structure composed of a powder supply pipe 3 provided at the center to supply waste plastic particles and a combustion supporting gas supply pipe 4 provided around the powder supply pipe 3 to supply combustion supporting gas. Moreover, in this lance 1, a space formed by the powder supply pipe 3 and the combustion supporting gas supply pipe 4 forms a combustion supporting gas flow passage 12. Furthermore, a fuel fluid injection part 8 for leading fuel into the combustion supporting gas supply pipe 4 from a fuel fluid flow passage 13 is provided in a tapered part 4a provided in the combustion supporting gas supply pipe 4. The powder supply pipe 3 can advance and retract freely in the direction of central axis.
