Abstract:
To provide a waste plastic processing method that can effectively process thermosetting waste plastic using a vertical-type melting furnace.SOLUTION: Provided is a waste plastic processing method in which, when processing thermosetting waste plastic in a vertical-type melting furnace, the waste plastic is first heated, softened, and melted using an extruder to produce a volume-reduced waste plastic, and then the volume-reduced waste plastic is crushed and made into crushed waste plastic. Preferably, the thermosetting waste plastic is processed in the vertical-type melting furnace by blowing the crushed waste plastic into the furnace of the vertical-type melting furnace through the tuyere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
