PURPOSE: To efficiently regenerate non-combustible matter by collectively recovering non-combustible matter such as drinking cans and bottles issued from a home and automatically removing combustible matter being a receiving bag such as a vinyl bag beforehand in a regeneration treatment factory.
CONSTITUTION: In a waste refuse delivery mechanism wherein an inclined apron conveyor 4 and a bag bursting machine 6 are integrally arranged to the lower part of a waste refuse receiving hopper 1, an air nozzle 5 blowing off air in the direction reverse to the rotary direction of the apron conveyor 4 and the suction hood 8 continued to the air nozzle 5 are arranged under the leading end of the apron conveyor 4 and, further, a collector 11 having water sprinkling nozzles therein and having a sludge conveyor 10 arranged on the bottom surface thereof is provided so as to be continued to the suction hood 8 and connected to a blower 14 by a duct 15.
