To provide a continuous combustion furnace for waste tire and a waste tire treatment method using the combustion furnace.

The waste tire treatment method for treating a waste tire by inputting the waste tire in a waste tire dry distillation combustion furnace comprises steps of feeding the waste tire on a tray into the dry distillation furnace; separating the waste tire into a carbide and a steel wire by dry-distillation and falling the carbide from the tray; and (3) recovering the residue (steel wire) on the tray. The waste tire treatment device for disposing a waste tire by dry distillation continuous combustion comprises a dry distillation device body, a waste tire input part disposed at an upper portion of the body, a waste tire dry distillation part located under it, a tray recovery part disposed under the dry distilled matter, a carbide combustion part, and an incineration ash take-out part.
