To enable a treatment without secondary pollution by an apparatus wherein miscellaneous bacteria are prevented from propagating in a decomposition process by elevating temp. of treating water to a specified value by a definite time interval and org. substance-decomposing bacteria and org. substance-decomposing enzyme being necessary for decomposition are incorporated depending on the kind of the org. waste.
A porous rotational inner tank 3 is arranged in a treating tank main body 1 and this is freely rotatably supported by a plurality of rotating rollers 4. Then, decomposition treatment is performed by rotating the porous rotational inner tank 3 by means of a driving machine but among mixed waste, those articles which are not decomposed and disappear such as metals, glasses, porcelains, shells and wood pieces are discharged as remaining residues on every definite period. In addition, to avoid leakage of smell from the tank main body 1 during decomposition of substance to be treated, an exhausting pipe 14 is fitted and is connected with a deodorizing device 15. In addition, decomposition-treatment water transferring pipe 17 is connected with the bottom part of the tank main body 1 and the decomposition-treatment water is drained after it is sterilized in a heating device 24. In addition, when water supply is needed caused by decrease in water, water is supplied through a solenoid valve 21.
