PURPOSE: To provide a waste treatment apparatus not bringing about trouble in the charging of waste even when a slight error is generated in the charging time of waste and stably obtaining predetermined treatment capacity.
CONSTITUTION: The operation cycle T0 set corresponding to a charging cycle of waste is divided into three periods. During the first divided period from the charging point of time of waste to a time T1, operation is performed in a stirring mode and, during the second divided period up to a time T2, operation is performed in a transfer mode and, during the third divided period up to the completion of the operation cycle T0, the operation according to the stirring mode is again performed. The above operation order is repeated within each operation cycle T0.
