To provide an inexpensive waste treatment system having high reliability, being capable of suppressing high-temperature corrosion of a metallic material by the hydrogen chloride generated in a decomposition treatment of a polyurethane having been used as a heat-insulating material and chlorofluorocarbon.
The waste treatment system 10 is equipped with a heat decomposition apparatus 11 for pyrolyzing the polyurethane used as the heat-insulating material expanded by chlorofluorocarbon and a gas-reforming apparatus 12, connected to the heat decomposition apparatus 11, in which pyrolzed the polyurethane and chlorofluorocarbon of refrigerant is fed. A partial pressure of gas at the vicinity of the outlet of the gas-reforming apparatus 12 is controlled by a partial pressure controller 13. The partial pressure controller 13 controls oxygen partial pressure to a low level.
