Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a treatment tank in a prior stage and miniaturize the whole body of the facility by turning treated wastewater which is treated in an ozone treatment tank back to a digestion treatment tank in a facility wherein organic wastewater is successively treated in the digestion treatment tank and the ozone treatment tank and further treated by a dewatering apparatus and a precipitation treatment tank.
SOLUTION: Organic wastewater 1 in a high concentration raw water tank 3 is digestion-treated in a BIMA anaerobic digestion tank 5 and one stored in a sludge storage tank 7 and after that, the resultant wastewater is oxidation-treated in an ozone treatment tank 9. Then, a part (for example about a half) of the oxidation- treated organic wastewater is sent to a dewatering apparatus and a part 13 of the rest is turned back to the upstream side of the BIMA anaerobic digestion tank 5, the turned back organic wastewater 13 is mixed with untreated organic wastewater 1 sent out of the high concentration raw water tank 3 and again digestion- and oxidation-treated in the BIMA anaerobic digestion tank 5 and the ozone treatment tank 9. The treated water sent to the dewatering apparatus is separated into dewatered sludge 15 and separated water 17 and the separated water 17 is further separated with treated water 25 and excessive sludge 27 through a precipitation tank 23.
