Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment method that can treat wastewater with a lower concentration of available chlorine or the like than conventional methods.SOLUTION: A wastewater treatment method includes: an adsorption process of adsorbing contaminant components in wastewater in a contaminant component adsorbent storage tank 9; and a purification process of extracting a part of a contaminant component adsorbent from the contaminant component adsorbent storage tank 9 and transferring it into a contaminant component adsorbent purification tank 10, and applying a contaminant component decomposition agent to the contaminant component adsorbent in the contaminant component adsorbent purification tank 10 to purify the contaminant component adsorbent. The purified contaminant component adsorbent is returned to the contaminant component adsorbent storage tank 9.
