Abstract:
To provide a water-absorbing napkin for a diaper which has a high water holding property, a good feeling, and is softly fitted to the curved hip, has less energy consumption of washing and excellent washing resistance.
The polyester fiber contents in fibers constituting a napkin is 70% or more, the single fiber size of the constituent fiber is 2.0 dtex or less, and the bulky property of the napkin is 1.5 to 6.5 cm3/g. In addition, it is desirable that the constituent fiber is a filament comprising a polyester long fiber, is made up of a fine size fiber whose single fiber size is less than 0.6 dtex and a thick size fiber whose single fiber size is 0.6 to 2.0 dtex, and at least one face of the napkin is mainly formed of the thick size fiber.
