PURPOSE: To supply purified mineral activated water by forming a water activator wherein a filter device is composed of a sheet like filter or the filter applied to a water supply pipe and a heat ray reflecting plate and a far infrared ray reflecting plate both of which are provided with arbitrary water passing holes are loosely arranged in parallel.

CONSTITUTION: In the water activating device of a water activator, many water passing holes 2 are provided to the wall surface of a square container main body 1 molded from a stainless steel plate in order to pass the water in a water receiving tank through a container. A planar filter sheet 3 having air permeability and water permeability is provided to the inner side surface of the wall of the container main body so as to come into contact with the wall surface to close the water passing holes 2. A heat ray reflecting plate 5 composed of a stainless steel plate provided with water passing holes 4, and corrugated far infrared radiation plates 6,6' are provided inside the container main body 1 in parallel. The planar filter sheet 3 is arranged because a part of the eluted substance of far infrared radiation matter and a part of carbide are suspended in the water of the tank in spite of a minute amt.
