Abstract:
To provide an aqueous adhesive for rubber excellent in adhesive strength.SOLUTION: The aqueous adhesive for rubber includes a rubber latex and an ammonium salt-based vulcanization accelerator. Preferably, the amount of the ammonium salt-based vulcanization accelerator contained in the aqueous adhesive is 0.01 mass% or more and 5.0 mass% or less in terms of solid content. A method for preparing an aqueous adhesive for rubber includes the steps of: adding a dispersant to water to prepare a dispersion medium; adding each of a plurality of additives to be incorporated into a rubber latex into a dispersion medium, mixing them, adjusting the pH of the mixture to 8.0 or more and 12.0 or less to obtain a slurry of each additive; and adding and mixing a slurry of each additive to a rubber latex. At least one of the plurality of additives is an ammonium salt-based vulcanization accelerator.SELECTED DRAWING: None
