To provide a water-based antifouling paint composition that can exhibit excellent antifouling effect and can be stored for a long time, an antifouling coating formed using the same, and a fishing net and an underwater structure each having the coating on its surface.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a water-based antifouling paint composition containing: an emulsion resin or a water-soluble resin including an acidic functional group and having an acid value of 1 to 30 mgKOH/g; a base having the molar ratio of 15 to 300% relative to the acidic functional group; and one or more marine organism repellents.SELECTED DRAWING: None
