Abstract:

To provide a water-based antifouling composition which exhibits excellent functions as an antifouling coating material, reduces friction resistance in water, and produces a reduced environmental load, to provide an antifouling coating film obtained therefrom, and to provide an underwater structure having the same.

Provided is a water-based curable antifouling coating composition prepared by formulating a curable water-based binder component, organic polymer particles, and an antifouling agent and used in applications where the obtained coating film is present in water.
