Abstract:

To provide a water-based curing type antifouling coating composition which contains an antifouling paste and can release an antifouling agent from cured coating films.

This water-based curing type antifouling coating composition comprises the antifouling agent paste comprising the antifouling agent and a water-soluble dispersing resin having an acid value of 10 to 300 mgKOH/g and a number-average mol. wt. of 1,000 to 20,000, and a curable aqueous binder.
