Abstract:
To provide a water-based ink composition for a writing implement which is excellent in dry-up resistance and ink followability and is also excellent in water resistance of handwriting, and a writing implement using the same.SOLUTION: The water-based ink composition for a writing implement is provided that is incorporated in a writing implement which has a writing tip and an ink storage part supplying ink to the writing tip, and has, as an ink flow adjustment body, a comb teeth-like ink retention member which is arranged between the writing tip and the ink storage part, can supply the ink from the ink storage part to the writing tip, and temporarily retains the ink overflowed along with internal pressure rise of the ink storage part, the ink composition includes water, a pigment, N, N, N-tri-alkylamino acid and urethane film-forming resin particles. The writing implement using the water-based ink composition for a writing implement is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
