Abstract:
To provide an aqueous ink composition which is excellent in stability with time, water resistance, and flexographic plate washing property, and prevents plate fog of a printed matter.SOLUTION: An aqueous ink composition contains an aqueous resin having an acid group, a pigment and water, wherein total concentration of magnesium ions and calcium ions in the ink composition is 95 mg/L or less. In the aqueous ink composition, pH is 7.5-10.5. In the aqueous ink composition, the aqueous resin having an acid group is an aqueous urethane resin and/or an aqueous acrylic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
