Abstract:
To provide a water-based moistureproofing and insulating coating agent which has reduced environmental load and can form a moistureproof coating film which develops a high insulation electrical resistance value just after the start of use and measurement, and realizes a long-time duration of insulation electrical resistance under high-temperature and high humidity.
The water-based moistureproofing and insulating coating agent comprises: water; and a coating component dispersed in water, wherein the coating component comprises an acrylic resin comprising styrene-derived structural units and alkyl (meth)acrylate-derived structural units.
