A hull 100 is provided with: treadle levers 1; a screw connected to a first drive shaft 2 and a second drive shaft which are rotated in conjunction with the treadle levers, and a rudder plate 6 varying the traveling direction of the hull 100 in conjunction with the handlebar operation of a handlebar 5. A pair of swingable treadle levers 1 is connected to the first drive shaft through a rotational driving force generating mechanism 11. Rotary rollers 207 rotatably attached to flywheels 206 arranged between the treadle levers 1 are slidably stored in oblong holes formed in the treadle levers 1, and are so arranged that when one of the rotary rollers is located above, the other is located below. The screw is rotated by continuous swing motion of the treadle levers 1 to propel the hull 100.
