To provide a water circulation device utilizing evacuation.

This water circulation device is provided with a lifting tank 1, 23m high, and a downcomer tank 2, 24m high. Both are connected to each other at a lower part by communication pipes 3 and 4. The lifting tank 1 is separated to an atmospheric water tank 7 holding a water level of 15m, and a supply water tank 6 positioned above that. Water is sucked from the atmospheric water tank 7 through a water introducing pipe 8 to the supply water tank 6 by evacuation. Water moved to the supply water tank 6 is moved through a water flow pipe 21 to the downcomer tank 2 by differential vacuum. Water flowing to the downcomer tank 2 falls by its weight to return to the atmospheric water tank.
