Abstract:
To provide a water cleaning apparatus provided with a reverse osmosis membrane device and an electric deionization device, capable of preventing the generation of scale and stably producing high-quality cleaned water.
A decarbonation device 2 using a strongly basic ion-exchange resin is installed after the reverse osmosis membrane device 1 and before the electric deionization device 3. Thereby, an anion load on the electric deionization device 3 can be remarkably decreased, and the generation of hardness scale in the electric deionization device 3 can be prevented.
