A monomer mixture of (A) 20-40wt.% of N,N-dialkyl (meth) acrylamide as N,N-dimethylacrylamide, (B) 15-50wt.% of N-vinyllactam as N-vinylpyrrolidone, (C) 15-50wt.% of a bis(silicon-containing alkyl fumarate, preferably represented by formula I (R1-R6 are each methyl, trimethylsiloxy of formula II; m, n are each 1-3) typically bis [tris(trimethylsiloxy)silylpropyl] fumarate and (D) 5-30wt.% of a fluorine-containing monomer as 2,2,2,- trifluoroethyl (meth)acrylate is copolymerized and the resultant copolymer is used as a main component.
