Abstract:
To provide a water-cooling jacket improving thermal conductivity, manufacturable inexpensively.
The water-cooling jacket includes a sheet-like top plate 10 with an inflow joint 11 for supplying cooling water and an outflow joint 12 for discharging the cooling water arranged in opposed two sides, and a sheet-like flow passage plate 20 with an opening in which a flow passage 21 for letting the cooling water flow from the inflow joint 11 to the outflow joint 12 is formed in a U-shape, and a plate-like base plate 30 for blocking the opening of the flow passage plate 20 in cooperation with the top plate 10. The peripheral edge of the opening is closed in a state of laminating the top plate 10, the flow passage plate 20, and the base plate 30.
