Abstract:
To solve the problem in the construction field of a water cut-off plate wherein air is held between the surface of a concrete skeleton and blades of the water cut-off plate and becomes an air sump (S) as it is after the placement.
The water cut-off plate includes: a valve for absorbing the displacement of the concrete skeleton; the blades formed on the right and left sides of the valve; and protrusions formed at the right and left blades and embedded in the concrete skeleton. Each blade includes a plurality of air vent holes penetrating through the front and rear faces, and plugs for plugging the air holes.
