Abstract:
To provide a water cut-off sheet which can be easily assembled at a passage such as a building entrance in an emergency such as a heavy rain or a flood, and which exhibits an excellent water immersion prevention function without slipping or leaning even upon receipt of an impact from the inside of the building.SOLUTION: A water cut-off sheet 3, which is installed at an entrance/exit of a passageway 11 of a building, is configured such that: a plurality of vertical rib portions 3b are provided in a sheet main body 3a so as to project at regular intervals and are formed so as to be capable of being wound around sheet skin portions between the adjacent vertical rib portions 3b, 3b, and concurrently base end portions of connecting members 5, 5 are pivotally mounted on the opposite end portions so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction; in an emergency such as a heavy rain or a flood, both side end portions are stretched between both side support column members 1, 1 in the passageway 11; and the connecting members 5, 5 are connected to and supported by fixing means 4, 4 provided on both side walls of the passageway 11 to prevent the connecting members from slipping or leaning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
