To provide a technique which improves the workability during attachment of a grommet while maintaining desired water cut-off performance in a water cut-off structure located in a structure having the grommet.
In a grommet attachment structure 1, a shape of a grommet base part 20 of a grommet 10 is formed into a substantially rectangular shape, and an inner portion of the grommet (the right side in a figure, a portion near to the door trim 80) ranges only to a portion to which a weather strip 90 is attached. In other words, a portion in a conventional grommet corresponding to the portion near to the door trim 80 is eliminated and the shape of the grommet base part 20 becomes small. A length of a water cut-off lip 60 becomes shorter in association with the downsizing of the shape of the grommet base part 20.
