Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cutoff garage capable of restraining water from infiltrating into the garage inside.SOLUTION: A water cutoff garage comprises a foundation 2, a wall part 3, a roof part 4, a pair of guide rails 5A and 5B, an opening part 6 and an opening-closing body 7 for opening-closing the opening part 6 by vertically moving by being guided by the pair of guide rails 5A and 5B. The opening-closing body 7 comprises an opening-closing body main body 71 positioned in the opening part 6 in a closing state and stored between the opening part 6 and the roof part 4 in an opening state, a water cutoff plate 72 positioned in the opening part 6 in the opening state and fixing the upper end to the lower end of the opening-closing body main body 71, a first water cutoff member 73 for cutting off water between the water cutoff plate 72 and the ground surface 100 when the opening part 6 is the closing state and second water cutoff members 74A and 74B for cutting off the water between an installation area side surface of the water cutoff plate 72 and the pair of guide rails 5A and 5B when the opening part 6 is the closing state. A foundation height H1 and a water cutoff plate height H2 are 300 mm-1000 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
