Abstract:
To solve the problem in which a waterproof/windbreak sheet (blue sheet) is instrumental in terms of waterproof but is not very instrumental in terms of windbreaking and which is not waterproof when it is flapped in a wind, and to provide a water dam hose sheet which is a waterproof/windbreak sheet that can endure waterproof and windbreak.SOLUTION: Surrounding dam hose water of a waterproof/windbreak sheet is made to be stored. An epoch-making sheet is devised so that the water can be drained later. The surrounding water of the sheet serves as weight, and the sheet is not flapped in a wind. The sheet is suspended to eaves so that it can endure the wind, and it is not necessary to place many sandbags on a roof. In the water dam hose sheet, around the sheet, several holes in which an anchor is driven and holes in which a rope is inserted are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
