To provide a water supplying/draining device in which water saving can be implemented effectively and the need for a user to perform any particular operation for cleaning a recess for drainage can be eliminated.
In a water supplying/draining device, water is supplied from a water discharge port of a faucet connected to a water supply pipe into a sink 10, and water received in the sink 10 is drained from a water drain port 62 in a bottom part 60 of a drain bowl 32 which is recessed downward from a bottom part 30 of the sink 10 to a water drain pipe 50. Inside of the drain bowl 32, a rotary blade 138 is provided which is rotated together with a rotary shaft 86, and the rotary blade 138 is rotationally driven with power of a flow in a water supply passage from the water supply pipe to the water discharge port as a driving force. Power of rotation of the rotary blade 138 acts on drained water within the drain bowl 32 so as to generate a cleaning water current for cleaning the inside of the drain bowl 32.
