Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dispersion in which a water repellent inorganic powder in water, where the dispersion is easy to be handled because a dispersant is water and is suitably used when water repellent treated inorganic powder is blended in an aqueous cosmetics.SOLUTION: There is provided a dispersion in which a water repellent organic surface treated inorganic powder is dispersed in water uniformly and which has content of a water repellent inorganic powder, a dispersant and water of 80 wt.% or more based on total amount of the dispersion.SELECTED DRAWING: None
