Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate water distribution control system on the basis of an exact amount estimation of actual demand on a water distributing pipe network.SOLUTION: A water distribution controller 100 for distributing water from a water distribution place 130 to users via a water distributing pipe network 133 stores facility information of the users to which water is supplied from the water distribution place 130 via a water distributing pipe in a user information storage part 120 beforehand, acquires the facility information of the users included in an area for each of divided areas and measurement data of a flowmeter 137, calculates demand pattern for each facility element on the basis of the facility information acquired from a plurality of areas and the measurement data, estimates the amount of demand at a demand point on the basis of the demand pattern and the facility information at the demand point in which a plurality of users are compacted, and controls water distribution on the basis of the estimated amount of demand at each demand point.
