To provide an excellent water drinking container for a dog or a cat designed to supply nontoxic water of good quality to the dog or cat without simply supplying water thereto.

This water drinking container for the dog or cat is used by introducing a water activating material which is a natural material into the whole bottom in claim 1. In the process, a netlike lid is fitted so as to prevent the water activating material which is the natural material from discharging and without a risk to the discharge of the water activating material. In claims 2 and 3, a recessed part is provided in the central part of the bottom and the water activating material which is the natural material is introduced thereinto for use. Since the shape is obtained by exposing a protruding part in an inlet part and fitting the netlike lid thereinto, the water activating material is not taken out. In claim 3, the shape for inserting the netlike lid is provided, In claim 4, the shape is designed to provide a hole for making water flow and thereby mix the water with the water activating material. Since the water activating material that is the natural material is introduced, bleaching powder contained in tap water, rust, or the like, in water service pipes are activated. Thereby, nontoxic water of good quality can be supplied to the dog or cat.
