Abstract:
To provide a water electrolysis and power generation system capable of achieving reductions in size and manufacturing cost with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A water electrolysis and power generation system 10 comprises: a second supply passage 154; a second derivation passage 170 in which a generated hydrogen gas and a hydrogen exhaust gas are derived from a cell member 12; a second gas liquid separator 172 which subjects the generated hydrogen gas and the hydrogen exhaust gas derived from the second derivation passage 170 to gas liquid separation; a hydrogen exhaust gas circulation passage 176 which leads the hydrogen exhaust gas having been subjected to gas liquid separation by the second gas liquid separator 172 to the second supply passage 154; and a storage passage 180 which leads the generated hydrogen gas having been subjected to gas liquid separation by the second gas liquid separator 172 to a hydrogen storage unit 410. A water electrolysis mode and a power generation mode share the second derivation passage 170 and the second gas liquid separator 172.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
