To make it possible to use a low pressure-resistant passage way or flow rate-adjusting means in the downstream of an electromagnetic valve and easily arrange the flow rate-adjusting means in a delivery water pipe, by providing the remotely controllable solenoid valves in the pipe joint and arranging the flow rate adjusting means having no cutting-off function in the pipe line from the valve to the water delivery opening.

A front end cap 12 provided with a water delivery opening 11 at the front end of the bend of a nearly L-shaped water deliver pipe 10 is fitted to a water pipe 1 of a cold water/hot water mixing faucet A to constitute a cold water/hot water mixing structure 2 in which a flow rate adjusting means and a delivery water temperature-adjusting means are integrally formed. The solenoid valves 6, 6 are opened or closed by the operation of a foot switch 8 or the like through a controller 7 and delivering or cutting-off of water can be changed over.
