To provide a water filling device which is simple and compact in structure, capable of stably and effectively filling the liquid even when a cavitation occurs, and capable of filling water at high speed.
There are provided with a pump casing 4 installing a liquid suction opening 44 opened upward, an impeller 9 arranged at a lower part of the liquid suction opening 44 inside the pump casing 4 and revolving around the vertical shaft, and an introducing pipe 5 for communicating an inside container 1 with the pump casing 4. The introducing pipe 5 is comprised of a liquid suction conduit 5b for sucking the liquid in the inside container into the pump casing 4, and a bubble returning conduit 5a for returning the bubble in the pump casing 4 generated with the rotation of the impeller 9 provided around the liquid sucking conduit 5b.
