To provide a water flow measuring device which measures accurately relative flow speed and a direction which are relative relations between a fishing net in the water and peripheral water, and stores and transmits a measurement result.
This device is characterized by having a body 12 equipped with a water flow directivity means 14 facing a water flow direction; a water flow measuring means 22 fitted in a vertical space 20 with a vertical attitude holding means provided on the body 12, and measuring the speed and the direction of the water flow; a storage means 32 for storing the speed and the direction of the water flow measured by the water flow measuring means 22; and a buoyancy adjusting means for equalizing the specific gravity of the whole device to that of water.
