The water flow pipe joint includes a joint body 2 to which a water flowing pipe 41 is connected, a mounting base 21 attached to an attached surface of a building, and a connection part 31 constituted by a pair of connection walls 36 connecting the joint body 2 and the mounting base 21 with a prescribed distance therebetween, and a bolt body insertion hole 32 is cylindrically formed in the connection part 31 along an axial direction of the bolt body to insert the bolt body thereto. The bolt body insertion hole 32 has an abutting part on which a nut screwed with the bolt body abuts on both opening parts.
