To drain water accumulated on a floor or washing water by efficiently sweeping and gathering it to a drain using a water-sweeping tool such as a floor drier.
This apparatus 1 is provided with a plurality of water-guiding plates 4 arranged radially along a floor surface 32 with the drain 33 in a center so that swept water may easily be concentrated to the drain 33 in the case of sweeping the water on the floor surface to the drain 33. A worker installs the apparatus 1 on the floor surface 32 and thereafter carries out work of sweeping and gathering the water on the floor surface 32 to the drain 33 using the floor drier. Even when a part of water swept toward the drain 33 flows in the wrong direction, it is blocked by the water-guiding plates 4 and gathered to the drain 33.
