In the water heater 120 with the bathtub hot water supplying function, hot water boiled by a heat source unit 10 is stored in a hot water storage tank 20, and hot water in the hot water storage tank 20 is supplied to a bathtub 150. It includes the bathtub hot water supply passage BL supplying the hot water in the hot water storage tank 20 to the bathtub 150, a heat source circulation passage 50 taking in the hot water from an upper part of the hot water storage tank 20 and returning it to the hot water storage tank 20 from a lower part of the hot water storage tank 20, a reheating circulation passage 60 taking in bath water 150a in the bathtub 150 and returning it to the bathtub 150, a reheating heat exchanger 65 heating the bath water flowing in the reheating circulation passage 60 by using the hot water flowing through the heat source circulation passage 50, and a microscopic bubble generator 70 provided in the bathtub hot water supply passage BL and generating microscopic bubbles in the hot water flowing through the bathtub hot water supply passage BL.
