To quickly freeze a material such as drinks, fruit juice and vegetable juice on an evaporating pan of a tray shape, and easily melting and removing the residue of water ice products attached to the evaporating pan by quickly heating the evaporating pan.
A bypass pipe 15 comprising an electronic valve 24 is connected between refrigerant piping connecting a compressor 11 and a condenser 13 and refrigerant piping connecting the condenser 13 and an evaporator 12, the evaporator 12 has the tray shape, a refrigerant pipe 22 is formed on the bottom of the evaporating pan 21 exposed at the upper portion of a case 25, a heat insulating material 23 protecting the refrigerant pipe is placed at the lower portion and the outer whole face of the refrigerant pipe, a capillary tube 26 is integrally connected with the refrigerant piping connecting the condenser 13 and the evaporator 12 along the refrigerant piping at the transfer position of a connecting portion connecting the bypass pipe 15 and the refrigerant piping, and a liquid separator 27 for separating liquid particles in a refrigerant gas flowing in the compressor 11 is disposed in the refrigerant piping connecting the evaporator 12 and the compressor 11.
