Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water immersion preventing device of a pit type multistory parking lot, simple in structure, simple in operation when it rains, and capable of efficiently reducing water immersion into a pit.SOLUTION: In a pit type multistory parking lot 1, a pit 4 where vehicle-mounted pallets 2(2A, 2B, 2C) are accommodated is formed underground, a vehicle access road 5 to the pallet 2 is provided, and a liftable gate 13 regulating or permitting passage of a vehicle into the pallet 2. A water immersion preventing device is a device for preventing water from coming into the pit 4, and the gate 13 is provided with a closing plate 16, a water immersion preventing rubber 17, and a side part closing plate 19 as water immersion preventing members abutted to an access road 5 or a projection of the access road, in order to prevent water from coming into the pit when it rains. The pit 4 is formed in a planarly rectangular shape, one side of the rectangle is the access road 5, and standing walls 6 erected from a ground surface 3 are formed on the other three sides respectively.
