Abstract:
To provide a water-in-oil emulsion composition that does not cause slipperiness on skin during application, shows intimate contact with the skin after application, can sufficiently cover pores, and has reduced stickiness.SOLUTION: A water-in-oil emulsion composition contains the following components (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E): (A) an oleophilic nonionic surfactant, (B) an oil solution that is solid or semisolid at 25°C, (C) a nonvolatile oil that is liquid at 25°C, (D) carbonate, and (E) water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
