The water-in-oil emulsion type cosmetic composition for the treatment of hair contains at least one non-volatile non-silicone oil, at least one cationic surfactant, at least one polyolefin having a polar part and at least one (12-30C alkyl)monoglycoside or a (12-30C alkyl)polyglycoside in a cosmetically acceptable medium.
