Abstract:
To provide a water-in-oil type cosmetic that has quick color changing during application, excellent color uniformity of a cosmetic film after application, high make-up lasting quality, and excellent stability.SOLUTION: A water-in-oil type cosmetic contains: easily disintegratable capsule particles having the average particle diameter 10 to 300 μm which contain one kind or more of coloring pigment and at least one kind of resin in an inner layer, and contain hydrophilic pigment titanium oxide in an outer layer; silicone resin; and titanium oxide of pigment whose surface is treated by hydrophobic treatment agent having hydrophobic group of the carbon number 8 to 24, by which the cosmetic is excellent in color-changing speed during application, color uniformity of a cosmetic film after application, make-up lasting quality, and stability.SELECTED DRAWING: None
