CONSTITUTION: The objective cosmetic composed of (A) oily phase component comprising a pasty silicone composition and (B) aqueous phase component comprising at least one kind selected from polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, carboxyvinyl polymers, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl methyl ether, sodium polyacrylate and ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block copolymers.
