Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic exhibiting a good emulsified state, not changed with temperature or with time, good in extensibility on skin when coated, and having a good fresh feeling and a refreshing touch.
SOLUTION: This water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic comprises a powder mixture comprising (A) an organopolysiloxane elastomer spherical powdery material having an average particle diameter of 2.0-5.0μm and a particle diameter distribution of 1-15μm and (B) a hydrophobic silica powdery material having an average particle diameter of ≤0.2μm in a (A)/(B) weight ratio of 1/0.1 to 1/5, (C) an oil phase containing a silicone oil in an amount of ≥30wt.% based on the whole oily phase components, (D) an emulsifying agent having an HLB of ≤7, (E) a metal soap, and (F) water.
