The water jacket structure comprises: plural combustion chamber peak parts 21; plural exhaust ports 23; an exhaust collection part 24 for collecting the plural exhaust ports 23; a water jacket 60 for a combustion chamber for cooling the combustion chamber peak parts 21; an upper exhausting water jacket 80 arranged on an upper side to the exhaust collection part 24; a lower exhausting water jacket 90 arranged on a lower side of the exhaust collection part 24; and a water outlet 100 for supplying cooling liquid exhausted from outlet openings 63, 83, 93 serving as outlets of the cooling liquid to other components. The water outlet 100 has: a first space part 111 provided corresponding to the outlet openings 83, 93; a second space part 112 provided corresponding to the outlet opening 63; and a restriction part 113 provided corresponding between the outlet opening 83, 93 and the outlet opening 63.
